The fishing tournament started as a memorial to local fisherman and surfer Chris Hagel who lost his fight with leukemia in 2005. Since his passing the Fight Leukemia Fishing Tournament has raised over $50,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Visit www.lls.org for more information on blood cancers.
